Bacon is everyone’s favorite porky treat. Bacon is smoked or cured pork belly. Riverdog bacon is old-fashioned and extra-thick, courtesy of the meat-smoking wizardry of the guys at Roundman’s Smokehouse in Ft. Bragg. They offer both plain and sugar free bacon.
