NEW | West Sac Bread Co Gluten Free Sourdough – buns & loaves!

We’re sooo happy to be working with West Sac Bread Co just a few miles from our Pantry. West Sac came about because the owner (Karen) found out her four grandkids have sensitivities to gluten amongst a few other things. So this passion project is entirely out of love, and we at Goodful LOVE it for that!

West Sac Bread Co offers an unsliced sourdough loaf and a 4-pack of sourdough buns. Both of these sourdough goodies are sure to delight!! Note: products may come frozen.

INGREDIENTS
Gluten free flour blend (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), gluten free starter (brown rice flour, filtered water), avocado oil, Himalayan pink salt, unrefined cane sugar, active dry yeast.

TASTING NOTES
Strictly sourdough, a loaf with brightly assertive sourdough tartness and a lacy, elastic crumb.
