I discovered this brand of pasta in a super small Italian grocery store last year. It’s by far the best gluten free pasta I’ve found! Unlike most gluten free pastas, this one cooks just like traditional spaghetti. Pictured here with being simply delicious, topped with fresh herbs, our extra virgin olive oil & fresh parmesan – such an easy and satisfying meal! Penne is approx 1″ long.
Corn flour, rice flour, water
Bring heavily salted water to boil. Once water is boiling, place pasta in the pot. Cook for 8 minutes, or until it’s reached desired tenderness.
