Gluten Free Rigati by La Fabbrica della Pasta
I discovered this brand of pasta in a super small Italian grocery store last year. It’s by far the best gluten free pasta I’ve found! Unlike most gluten free pastas, this one cooks just like traditional pastas. Rigati is pretty big, at approx 2″ long.
Corn flour, rice flour, water
Bring heavily salted water to boil. Once water is boiling, place pasta in the pot. Cook for 11 minutes, or until it’s reached desired tenderness.
